Actions by regulators in any jurisdiction may adversely affect the availability, legality, or utility of $LOTUS for residents of that jurisdiction. Technical Risk
Smart contracts can contain bugs. Bridges can fail. Oracles can be manipulated. Wallets can be compromised. No protocol is free of technical risk. The $LOTUS ecosystem will use audited libraries and established Solana primitives wherever possible and will publish audit reports of custom contracts. However, no audit eliminates risk entirely.
Execution Risk
The roadmap is a plan, not a guarantee. Products may launch later than anticipated, differently than described, or not at all. The team will make good-faith efforts to execute the plan and to communicate changes transparently, but execution outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Utility Risk
The utilities described — Lotus AI, Bloom Treasury, Bloom Staking, Bloom Council, Zen Garden, Bloom Bazaar — are planned features. Their eventual form may differ from the descriptions. Access to utilities may be paused, modified, or deprecated as the ecosystem evolves.
